All of our products are created to help improve efficiency and ultimately save costs. Take some time to see what MorOil can do for you
Form-releasers are materials that help forms separate from hardened concrete, which are sometimes also referred to as demolding or parting agents. They prevent concrete from bonding to the form, which can mark the surface when forms are disassembled. “Traditional” form releasers such as diesel fuel, motor oil, and home heating oil are carcinogenic, limit the potential for reuse of wood form work, expose construction personnel to volatile organic compounds (and potentially occupants as well), and are proscribed by a variety of state and federal regulations, including the Clean Air Act. MorOil form release compounds provide consistent, smooth finishes, reduce health risks to construction staff and occupants, and often make it easier to apply finishes or sealants, when necessary.
Include additives to prevent wear, oxidation, corrosion, prevent buildup on chains.
Petroleum-based fluids primarily for closed systems running at or below 315˚C (600˚F). They are thermally stable and resist deposit formation.
With gear oils, hydraulic oils are the most widely used industrial lubricants and find application in almost every industry. MorOil hydraulic oils meet or exceed all equipment manufacturer specifications. They include additives to protect equipment in the wear (hydrodynamic lubrication) regime, resist oxidation, foam, and corrosion, and to provide easy removal of water. We have four primary product lines of this type, available in all ISO viscosity grades.
Along with our hydraulic oils, gear oils are the most widely used industrial lubricants and find application in almost every industry. MorOil gear oils meet or exceed all OEM specifications, include additives to protect against wear in the extreme pressure (boundary lubrication) regime, resist oxidation, foam and corrosion. MorOil has a wide variety of gear oil product lines, available in all ISO or SAE viscosity grades.
MorOil Waylube provide efficient lubrication of machine slide-ways. These fluids are stable, high quality oils. They assure smooth efficient operation because they are tacky and resist stick-slip. They were designed for extreme pressure and film-strength properties to meet the exact demand of slide way lubrication.
MorOil compressor fluids are designed specifically for today’s compressors and for any environment.
Prevents corrosion and oxidation, creates hydrodynamic film to float spindles
MorOil Shear Oils are non-staining and prevent wear, extending the amount of time between re-sharpening shear blades
The SM oils contain additives to protect moving parts and extend the useful life of the oil. SM 1000 and SynSew lines reduce leakage and staining
Designed specifically for use on modern, high-speed knitting machines. These oils provide excellent protection for needles, needle cams, needle cylinders dials, sinkers, and sinker rings. MorKnit 3000, 5000 and 8000 series products also contain effective emulsifier system to aid in removing knitting oil from greige goods prior to dyeing/finishing.
High performance neat oils that can help you increase productivity and performance, and they will meet your machining needs.
Cutting and grinding fluids that can extend fluid and tool life, and lower your total costs.
These are premium rust preventive materials that where developed to protect any metal surface from rust or corrosion.
We carry all your needs for any application that needs grease.
